How does RecHQ pricing work?
One subscription per company, priced per paid seat. Paid seats are the owner, the managers, and anyone on a permission level that runs the business. Everything else is free and unlimited: employee and lead accounts, boats, equipment and locations. Add a manager and the next invoice picks up the extra seat, prorated.
What counts as a paid seat?
The owner and managers, plus any custom permission level you give management abilities to. Employees and leads are always free, so the whole crew can be in the app for schedules, chat, training and timesheets.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Complete, the top tier, with no credit card. Pick the plan that fits when the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes prorate to the next invoice and your data stays put.
Do you support multiple locations?
Every plan includes unlimited locations. Run one dock or five. The price only changes when you add a paid seat.
Is RecHQ running real rental businesses?
Yes. We operate Riverwalk Boating Company, eBoats Tampa and Paddle Pub Tampa on Tampa's Riverwalk, and RecHQ runs their daily operations.
