Inspections & credentials
The COI date opens its own ticket.
Readiness checklists per boat. Credentials with expiry dates per person. Review dates on your documents. Each one opens a ticket before it's due.

Readiness checklists, per boat
Build the COI Prep checklist once: fee receipt, lifejacket count, extinguisher tags, nav lights, stability letter. Assign it to each inspected boat with a start date. Thirty days out, a ticket opens.
- Checklist per asset type, recurring every N days
- Reminder ticket a set number of days before
- A manager runs it and ticks items off
- One-off checklists for a single inspection
02
Credentials that expire on their own
A captain's license. A CPR card. A food handler permit for the bar crew. Say which roles need which, and the crew upload their own. You approve. Before one expires, the person and the manager both hear about it.
- Required by role, location, or person
- Employee uploads, manager approves
- Reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 0 days
- Expired or missing credentials open a ticket
03
Documents with a review date
Upload the storm plan, the fuel dock SOP, the employee handbook. Say who it applies to. Set a review cadence and a review ticket opens when it's due. Flag it for the assistant and the crew can ask it questions.
- PDF, Word, Excel or text
- Scoped by location and job role
- Review reminders, monthly to yearly
- Include in AI chat

Build a course from what's in your head, or let the assistant draft one from your SOP. Assign it by role. See who has passed and who is due for a retake. When someone skips a step, a retraining notice puts it in front of them until they confirm it.

Ask a question and get an answer from your own documents, with the document named. Ask which boat breaks the most and it counts the tickets. Ask it to open a ticket and it drafts one for you to confirm.
Learn moreFrequently asked questions
Is the checklist inside the ticket?
The ticket is the reminder. A manager opens the checklist from Settings, Inspections, ticks it off and marks it complete there.
We are small and not heavily regulated. Still useful?
Yes. Use it for your own standards: the weekly safety walk, the monthly PFD count.
Can staff upload their own certificates?
Yes. They see what is required of them, upload it, and a manager approves.
