One card, on the clock

The home screen shows today's shift and one button. Clock in. Break. Clock out. If the dock has no signal, the punch saves on the phone and syncs when it's back.

  • Works with or without a scheduled shift
  • Offline punches sync later
  • A late clock-in raises a no-show alert to managers

02

Clock out through the closing list

Clocking out walks the closer through the closing checklist. Anything skipped needs a reason. Tipped roles enter cash and card tips on the way out.

  • Opening, mid-shift and closing checklists per role
  • Skipped items recorded with a reason
  • Tips captured at clock-out

Approve the week, then export it

The timesheet is one table: people down, days across. Scheduled hours sit next to worked hours. Fix an entry, see who edited what, then approve and lock the week and export a CSV for payroll.

  • Scheduled versus worked, side by side
  • Edit history on every entry
  • Approve and lock a week
  • CSV with hours, rates, pay and tips

Frequently asked questions

Can employees fix their own punches?

Yes, until the week is approved. Every edit is kept in the entry's history.

Does it do payroll?

It exports a CSV with hours, rates, pay and tips per person per day. Your payroll provider takes it from there.

Does a missed checklist item open a ticket?

No. It is recorded with the reason on the timesheet, where the manager reviews it.
