Drag the week together

Rows are people, columns are days. Drag a shift to another day or person and it keeps its hours. Copy last week, or save a good week as a template and apply it again in June.

  • Drag and drop shifts
  • Copy previous week, saved templates
  • Open shifts you can drag onto someone
  • Time off and availability show in the grid

02

Publish, and pick who hears about it

Publish the week for one location or all of them. Notify only the people whose shifts changed, everyone, or no one. Post it to a chat channel if you want the whole crew to see.

  • Drafts stay hidden until you publish
  • Notify: only people with changes, everyone, or no one
  • Announce in a chat channel
  • Crew can subscribe in Apple, Google or Outlook calendar

03

Let the crew sort out the swaps

Someone can't make Friday. They offer the shift as a cover. A coworker with the same role accepts. You approve from the Ops Hub. Open shifts work in reverse: post one, and anyone qualified can claim it.

  • Cover and trade requests: coworker first, then manager
  • Open shifts anyone qualified can claim
  • Time off requests: vacation, sick, unpaid
  • Recurring availability, no approval needed

Frequently asked questions

Do employees pay for a seat?

No. Employee accounts are unlimited and free. You pay per seat for the owner and managers only.

Can staff swap or pick up shifts?

Yes. A cover or trade needs the coworker to accept and a manager to approve. Open shifts can be claimed by anyone with the right role at that location.

What do employees see?

Their own week, the team's published shifts at their location, open shifts they can take, and their requests. Drafts and labor cost stay with managers.
