01

Tell it what you keep on the shelf

Add the items: spark plugs, fire extinguishers, boat soap. Give each a target quantity, a shelf, a vendor and the product page. Tie parts to the boats that use them.

  • Items, storage locations and vendors
  • Target quantity per item
  • Parts linked to asset types or specific boats
  • Crew can request an item from their phone

02

To buy, grouped by vendor

Anything below target, plus every part a ticket asked for, lands on the buy list. Tap Order to open the product page. Call or email the vendor from the same card.

  • Restock, ticket parts and crew requests in one list
  • Order opens the product link
  • Call, email or visit the vendor from the card

03

Received, then delivered

When the box arrives, tap Received and enter how many. Stock goes up. Requests it covers move to To deliver, so the mechanic gets the part instead of the shelf. When the ticket closes, the parts come out of stock.

  • Received raises the on-hand count
  • To deliver hands requested items out
  • Stock decrements when the ticket completes
  • Weekly restock summary every Monday

Frequently asked questions

Is there an approval step for requests?

No. A crew request goes straight on the buy list. A manager can deliver it or decline it.

What about things we only buy when needed?

Set the target to zero. The item only appears when a ticket or a request asks for it.

Does it place the order for us?

No. It opens the product page you saved and keeps track of what came in. You place the order.
