Assistant
Ask it what the storm plan says.
It answers from your own documents and names the one it used. Ask which boat breaks the most and it counts the tickets. Ask it to open a ticket and it drafts one for you to confirm.

01
Answers from your documents
A new hire asks how to winterize the jet skis. The answer comes from your winterization SOP, with the document named under it. If the answer isn't in your documents, it says so.
- Only documents you flag with Include in AI chat
- Names the source under each answer
- Says when it can't find one

Questions about the fleet
Which boat has the most maintenance tickets this season? What keeps failing on the pontoons? It counts the tickets by boat or by problem and tells you.
- Ticket counts by asset or by problem
- Open versus completed, first and last reported
- Managers can ask for the compliance summary
03
It drafts, you confirm
Say "open a ticket, Boat 2 engine won't start" and it drafts the ticket. Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm. The same goes for adding a boat, a location or a part.
- Create ticket, add equipment, add a part, all behind a Confirm
- Draft a course from a document
- Never writes anything on its own

Training
Build a course from what's in your head, or let the assistant draft one from your SOP. Assign it by role. See who has passed and who is due for a retake. When someone skips a step, a retraining notice puts it in front of them until they confirm it.

What does it read?
Documents you flag with Include in AI chat, your maintenance tickets, and your asset list. Nothing else.
Who can use it?
Anyone on the Complete plan, or during the 14-day trial. Each company gets 100 questions a day.
Will it make things up?
It answers from your documents and names the one it used. When it can't find an answer it tells you, and asks you to rephrase.
